A little about my background...

As a communication professional, I want to help you make every connection count. Together, we can make your emails more impactful, your website visually and textually up-to-date, integrate social media as a storytelling tool, and develop a communication strategy that targets your unique audience and increases your brand’s awareness.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in 2014 from UMass Dartmouth. With majors in English and women’s and gender studies (WGS), I not only learned how to write and communicate effectively, but I also learned how to see and frame issues from a critical perspective.

During my time as a nontraditional student, I gained valuable experience as an intern and/or student employee. I wrote a weekly English column for the university’s newspaper and a monthly newsletter for the College of Arts and Sciences.

After my undergraduate studies, I continued my education at UMassD in the Master’s of Professional Writing program. This program helped me to focus my skills, and it also helped me to see the field of communications for what it really is–diverse and exciting. With classes in many areas of communication, I learned how to integrate media and create effective messaging strategies.
